Migration of uploaded survey data for older FLOW instances
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Akvo
Completed
The remaining FLOW uploaded data migrations could not be completed at this time so we'll continue this work on subsequent weekends.

Update
Note that the FLOW data being migrated are only the unprocessed device upload files (which are kept as backup if survey data ever needs to be recreated) so any survey data that's already been processed and loaded into the associated FLOW Dashboards won't be affected during this migration as they're held in a different datastore.

In progress
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled
We will be migrating the uploaded survey data held on our legacy Amazon S3 account to the newer Akvo account for all the remaining older FLOW instances on Saturday 10 May from 14.00 CEST onwards. We anticipate the migration should end around 21.00 CEST but will provide updates during the migration process.

We've attempted to minimise data upload disruptions by performing these required migrations on a weekend where we anticipate there will be fewer survey uploads but we cannot prevent upload attempts in any case. As such, any attempted FLOW survey data uploads from mobile devices or via the bulk upload facility might fail temporarily for the following instances during the migration period:
- Akvo
- CREPA
- IRC
- Liberia Min PW
- WSP: RCLWSC (Congo)
- WSP: Sierra Leone
- Water for People
- Various dormant FLOW v1.0.x instances
